Trendsmartco is an international dropshipping store. Products are shipped directly from our suppliers to you. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
Return Window
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition as received (unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging)
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care and hygiene products (beauty, skincare, undergarments)
- Hazardous materials or flammable items
- Sale items and gift cards
- Items marked as final sale
How to Start a Return
Contact us at support@trendsmartco.com with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Clear photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)
We will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days with instructions.
Important: Do not send items back without first receiving approval from us. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. As we are a dropshipping store, return address will be provided upon approval of your return request.
Damages & Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@trendsmartco.com with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item (once approved) and place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days
- Bank processing times may add additional delays
- If 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't received your refund, contact us at support@trendsmartco.com
Regional Policies
United Kingdom customers: You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, for any reason.
European Union customers: You have the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery for any reason, provided the item is in its original condition.
