Trendsmartco is an international dropshipping store based in India. Products are sourced from international suppliers and shipped directly to customers worldwide. As a result, delivery times may be longer than local retailers.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

United States: 10–20 business days
United Kingdom: 10–20 business days
Canada: 12–25 business days
Australia: 12–25 business days
Gulf Countries (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman): 10–20 business days

Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method. Free shipping promotions, if applicable, will be clearly displayed on our website.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 3–5 business days after shipment for tracking updates to appear.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
All international shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by the destination country's customs authority. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
US customers: Import duties may apply on orders above $800 (de minimis threshold).
UK customers: Import VAT and duties may apply on orders above £135.

Incorrect Address
Please carefully verify your shipping address before placing your order. Trendsmartco is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is significantly delayed or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at support@trendsmartco.com. We will coordinate with our supplier and carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging so we can assist you promptly.
